Tom Allen

A committed manager with a strong track record in
running a team environment, Andrew has developed operational
strategy in both the public and private sectors, in the UK and
internationally. Manages senior client relationships to many Blue
Chip companies and also UK government departments in information,
communications and technology. The provision of strategic advice to
clients is a key activity, utilising facilitated meetings and
workshops up to Group board level. The strategic advice underpins
client’s decisions on the use of new technology and the re-shaping
of their future businesses.
Andrew Doyle

Andrew has 15 years’ experience as a consultant in
the UK, Europe, Middle East and Australia and Africa. Assignments
have included managing strategy development and implementation,
business case development, market analysis, ROI and NPV analysis,
scenario planning, knowledge management and innovation. In
consulting and industry/operations he has developed relationships
with all levels of management, reaching out to internal and
external stakeholders. Other experience includes the negotiation of
business partnerships on a significant scale, the delivery of
presentations and facilitation of workshops at board level.
Stuart Cowie

A highly skilled and successful project manager with
over 12 years’ experience of delivering projects to scope, cost and
timescale for many organisations. Accomplished at using best
practice in the technical, commercial and management aspects of
information and communications technology. Work covers voice, data
and video solutions from operational and security systems
(including CCTV and access control) through to full enterprise
strategies. Excellent educational qualifications, a pragmatic
approach, and a practical understanding of accuracy and precision
from trade skills learned in the aviation industry.
Kawaya Saleh

A professional technical manager with seven years’
experience in the telecommunication and technology industry across
Africa and the Middle East. Extensive portfolio including network
strategy, planning and implementation. Kawaya has managed numerous
turn key projects from design phase to network launch and managed
operations. Most recent undertaking has been to develop the
communications and technology strategy for power utility entities
for Mott MacDonald in Southern Africa.
Richard Hewlett

A consultant engineer who has held positions of
responsibility on a wide range of communications projects. Richard
has a flexible approach with a broad range of skills and experience
that are particularly suited to complex and multi-disciplinary
systems. His background has included direct responsibility for many
aspects of the business process including requirements capture,
design, specification preparation, estimating, contract management
and installation.
Liam Martin

Lead for our space consultancy providing technical,
commercial and market advice to operators, governments and
financial institutions. Specialising in the development and
delivery of satellite communications projects, advising operators,
lenders, and governments on technical, commercial and risk issues
during project due diligence/assessment, system procurement and
construction monitoring. Extensive experience driving advisory and
project delivery teams in the UAE, Europe, Australia, and North and
South America.
Jamal Bakr

Jamal has over 20 years of experience in the
telecommunications sector with key roles in product and project
management, marketing and strategic planning. He has extensive
experience working with private telecom companies as leader of
integrated team for product marketing. Project management skills
were acquired during launch of start-ups in the Middle East. Jamal
has particularly specialist knowledge of the telecommunications
market in the Middle East.
